Anthony McNamara, age 32, says he was attacked by another passenger aboard the Queen Mary 2, while cruising with his family for the Christmas holiday.
McNamara says he fought back, and for that the captain of the Queen Mary 2 had him removed from the ship in the British Virgin Islands.
McNamara was sailing with his nine year old daughter and his parents when the attack took place. His daughter was left with her grandparents aboard the ship continuing the voyage.
McNamara on the other hand had to find his way home home, booking a flight back to the United Kindom, and paying for the flight himself. He had boarded the vessel near his home town in the United Kindom.
Cunard said: "Two guests were disembarked and that the circumstances were being investigated.
