A passenger who went for a walk on a cruise ship early Tuesday morning disappeared at sea as the ship south from Miami, Florida on a voyage to Freeport in the Bahamas.
Bahamian police questioned the missing woman's husband of 13 years, John Wainscott, 34, owner of a dental laboratory.
A Coast Guard cutter, airplane and helicopter searched the Atlantic for Cheryl Denise Wainscott, 32, of Woodstock, Georgia while a search of the ship Carnivale was conducted dockside at Freeport when the ship arrived.
Wainscott could not be found.
