We were told to pack everything that we had and to leave it outside our cabin rooms by 10:00 the evening before departure.
My daughter placed her suitcase with her portable DVD player and her IPOD docking station inside her luggage.
When we docked in Miami we immediately got our luggage on the dock and we carried our luggage to the hotel that we were going to. Upon getting there, we opened our luggage to change our clothes and found these items missing.
We contacted Royal Carribbean and was told to fax the details with what was lost. This was done on April 24th, 2007. We still have not heard one word and no one will return our phone calls.
