Barrry Chester Zink arrived in the Virgin Islands on the Celebrity Millennium cruise ship along with his wife Sarah. The couple had planned a shore excursion in the morning snorkeling at Savannah Bay, Virgin Gorda along with other passengers from the cruise ship.

Once in the water, Zink was enjoying himself the first half hour. After about a half hour he began to feel very tired so they returned to the beach.

Once on the beach, he began to feel worst. He complained of difficulting breathing and chest pain.

Another passenger from the ship on the shore excursion with the couple was a doctor. He offered assistance to Zink and an ambulance was called to take Zink to Iris O’Neal Clinic.

On the way to Iris O'Neal Clinic Zink lost consciousness and stopped breathing. The ambulance crew worked to revive Zink.

Once at the clinic, Zink came under the care of Dr. Crentsil.  Crentsil tried to revive Zink as well, but was unsuccessful.

He  was pronounced dead at 11:20 am on February 20. An

Police said an autopsy is expected to be performed on the body. At this stage the police said it does not view the cause of death as suspicious.
