It was a no-brainer for this judge. A girl, only 10 years old, sexually assaulted in a public park by a pedophile, provoked the attack on her, according to one very deranged British judge.
Plain and simple, it doesn't matter if a child is naked in the park, that does not justify sex with a child.
If dressing in skimpy clothing justifies the sexual assault of a little girl, then no child dressed in her swimsuit on any public beach, in any public swimming pool, sunning along any lake shoreline or enjoying sunning on the deck of her family home is safe from being sexually assaulted, accused as a whore, and paid for the services she rendered, against her will, in the British courts.
Judge Julian Hall, an Oxford Crown Court judge, has been making headlines with his pro-pedophile rulings. A recent verdict found the child victim at fault for being dressed in what the judge termed "a provocative" manner.
Before that, a pedophile was set free, with the only penalty presented, the sex offender had to give the child victim money to buy a bicycle, making the child in effect a whore, or prostitute, paid for the sexual act. The pedophile received no jail time.
Window cleaner Keith Fenn, 24, could have been jailed for life after twice attacking the girl in a riverside park.
The public heard in court horrific details of the assault on this young girl who was age 10. She was attacked in a park in South Oxfordshire by Fenn and his accomplice Darren Wright, 34, on October 14, 2006. Fenn removed all her clothes and raped her, then Wright took her to his home and sexually assaulted her.
The court heard from the defense that the child provoked these men. She had a history of dressing provocatively, regularly wore make-up, strappy tops and jeans. JEANS ? Yes, Jeans!
Fenn admitted two counts of rape of a child under 13 and Wright admitted one charge of causing or inciting sexual activity with a child aged under 13.
I have to wonder . . . what kind of a man, no, what kind of a male judge, thinks sex with children is alright if the child wears blue jeans and tank tops? Maybe Scotland Yard needs to do some investigation into what this judge does in his spare time.
Local Brits are also wondering. MP Mike Penning said the sentence handed out by Judge Julian Hall had been described as 'pathetically lenient'
In his letter to Lord Goldsmith, Mr Penning says: "As I am sure you are aware, last week Judge Julian Hall QC sentenced Keith Fenn to what has been described as a pathetically lenient sentence for the rape of a ten-year-old child.
"Fenn will serve only four months, when the judge could have used his powers to give a much more severe sentence.
"I am appalled at the leniency of this sentence; frankly a sentence this lenient for such a serious crime makes a mockery of the legal system."

Down under pedophiles are permitted to freely embark on cruises from the commonwealths. Their destination of choice is New Caledonia, which has become known as a pedophile playground. It has been suggested that somebody in New Caledonia is working with the pedophiles to supply them children while they are in port. But, there have been no arrests.
In recent months four pedophiles have been nailed disembarking at New Caledonia ports of call, and returned to Australia to face the music. But, this does not prevent predatory attacks on children while they are on the cruise ship, amounting to a complete failure in Australian justice.
While many European nations and commonwealths are more open with sexual issues, it is hard to imagine that children are included in this sexual free-for-all that has been plaguing cruise ships down under.
Where will the British and their commonwealth draw the line, and when will they begin to protect ALL children.

A further example of the problem down under was seen today. While reading a story on australianit.com.au, regarding the case of the passenger who alleged sexual assault this week, with mention of the pedophiles boarding P & O cruise ships ALONG with mention of the Dianne Brimble alleged sexual assault and death case, there were ads for sexy singles.
The ads lead to a website that had a photograph of a young woman on the main page with no blouse on, only jeans, which were partially unzipped and she was only covering part of her breasts with her arms. Making a buck is obviously more important than preventing more sexual assaults. The girl in the ad may have been 18, 21 or even 25. But, she certainly could easily pass for 12 to 14 years old. The image says "young girl" to me.

One visitor told us some time back, that the problem is Americans are prudes. He says other nations are much more sexually open and Americans don't understand that.
I disagree. If being sexually open means it is alright to have sex with children, then the entire world should be prudes by this standard. Back to square one, what kind of man, including our visitor thinks sex with children means adult sexual liberation?
