2017 New Cruise Bruise Features

Cruise and Travel Newspaper Officially Launched

February 16, 2017
Cruise Bruise and the Cruise Ship Wave Network are pleased to announce an exciting new feature for our cruise news visitors today, the Cruise Bruise News Daily newspaper. It takes the place our text only RSS generated cruise industry news, giving you daily updated dynamic cruise industry news including photos and videos.

Our Cruise Bruise News Daily newspaper covers the topics of cruising and travel in general, as well as related topics of interest to cruise passengers, including art, leisure, technology, science, the environment and business.

Cruise Bruise News features our own Cruise Awareness articles published for the day and unedited cruise industry news from nine cruise lines and the United States Coast Guard including Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Disney Cruise Line, MSC Cruises, P&O Cruises and Viking River Cruises. If you have a favorite cruise line or travel website not listed above, contact us to request we add it to the daily newspaper.

Additional content is available from National Geographic Ocean, Atlas Obscura Curious and Wondrous Travel Destinations, CNET and Wired. Using our newspaper top navigation you can easily click between Headlines, Photos, Videos, Technology, Leisure, Science, Art & Entertainment, Business and Environment.

Our video section will feature cruise ship passenger and crew life and cruise ship amenities, video tours through restaurants and buffets, ship board activities and excursions as well as time lapse cruise video travel from the cruise lines as well as from our own Cruise Ship Videos, Cruise Ship Weather and Cruise Port Views websites.

This is the latest of our 2016/2017 Phase 2 upgrades, which will conclude with the last of our website conversions, the Cruise Bruise Blog. We will be rolling out the new version of our blog and features in the coming month. From there, every website in the network will begin Phase 3 upgrades which will be state of the art.

At the far top of our newspaper you find the header links to our other websites including our cruise trackers, cruise ship schedules, web cams, videos, our awareness websites, destinations, marketplace and search. Just hover your mouse on the name and the full menu will appear.

At the far bottom of the newspaper is our new footer with links to the individual trackers, cruise resources, cruise awareness and popular tags. This footer will be propagated across the network in Phase 3 and the tags will soon link across the network, to connect with very specific content of interest which you can choose.

Our schedules, web cams, ports and destinations are being expanded and upgrade between March and June giving so much more relevant content in a mobile-friendly environment. Please excuse our dust as we roll out the new template and features in the coming weeks and months.
