Video 6 of the Sea Diamond, which sunk off the coast of Greece, after being gutted like a fish when it ran aground on a reef when the ship's officers failed to properly navigate the ship safely.
Due to poor organization in the after math, lack of an accurate head count, two passengers were left aboard and went down with the ship. As you can see, it was a slow sinking, with more than ample time to evacuate all passengers safely.
