In Part 1, Inside Edition looks at alcohol abuse on cruise ships due to bartenders and waiters serving those passengers who are already intoxicated. In one case, a waiter even times an intoxicated passenger as he chugs his beverage. Barf bags are placed in numerous areas outside of the nightclubs, because ship's crew know passengers are leaving intoxicated, as they continue to serve them.
