An Austrian, Gerald Kugler, age 41, who worked as a beverage manager on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Legend Of The Sea has been arrested in Alaska when the ship pulled into port at Seward, Alaska.
Kugler was charged with first-degree sexual assault after a fellow female crew member, age 22, working as a bar waitress said that Kugler sexually assaulted her.
Alaska State Troopers were called to the Legend of the Seas when it docked at Seward at 0400 hours on June 6th.
Kugler was taken to the Seward jail and held there on $50,000 bail.
