In September Guillermo Orozco, who had been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in his stateroom, plead guilty to lesser charges to avoid more serious jail time.
Guillermo Orozco, 28, pleaded no contest to fourth-degree assault, a misdemeanor, during a hearing in Juneau Superior Court.
Orozco had been indicted on three counts of felony first-degree sexual assault in the attack on a woman in his stateroom July 16, 2003.
