Cruise Bruise research shows a growing list of passengers missing on the last night of the cruise. We are following these cases closely, as we see this trend.
The Coast Guard said that planes, helicopters and boats were searching an area from the Mississippi River in New Orleans to 28 miles out into the Gulf of Mexico.
Aircraft and personnel involved in the search include: A HU-25 Guardian Falcon Jet and crew from Coast Guard Aviation Training Center in Mobile, Alabama, a Coast Guard Auxiliary plane from New Orleans, Louisiana, a 33-foot small boat crew from the Coast Guard Station in Venice, Louisiana and a HH-65C rescue helicopter and crew from Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans.
