Details:
Robert Harding was on a snorkeling shore excursion with other cruise ship passengers after arriving in Belize aboard the Ocean Village.
While on the dive excursion he experienced what was described as "some difficulty" and was taken to the area hospital.
He was pronounced dead on arrival.
