I was on an 8 night cruise and bitten by bed bugs. 

They were so bad that I had to seek treatment from my DR at home, and missed work.  When I first called Royal Caribbean, they told me that if I sent a Dr's letter they would place it in my file. 

But, they didn't offer to change the bedding and other furniture in the room for future passengers. 

I have sent two letters via registered mail, and have been ignored. 

They have refused to pay for treatment or even correct the situation for future passengers.
