Harold Fox was on a cruise with his wife Carol, when he fell ill. After being seen by the medical team on the cruise ship, the doctor determined he needed further medical treatment, that could not be provided on the cruise ship.
The cruise ship ordered an ambulance for Harold, and he was on his way to Montego Bay.
The ambulance driver lost control of the vehicle when they were traveling from Ocho Rios to a Montego Bay hospital.
The crash killed Harold
His wife Carol was also injured, treated in hospital and released.
Two others were injured, their condition is unknown.
