WARNING: THIS STORY IS GOING TO BE THE MOST SICKENING CRIME YOU HAVE EVER SEEN. IT IS VERY GRAPHIC, AND DEEPLY DISTURBING. IF YOU ARE A PARENT, YOU NEED TO KNOW THESE KIND OF PEOPLE ARE OUT THERE. BEFORE TODAY, I WOULD HAVE NEVER GUESSED THIS MYSELF. WHAT HAS THIS WORLD COME TO?
Police arrested Tony Guerra, age 21, a Walt Disney World worker, who worked at Disney-MGM Studios, after an Australian undercover detective, posing as a 32-year-old mother trading kiddie porn, says Guerra emailed her photos of child porn and asked her if she had molested her own children.
An undercover team from the Australian Federal Police first alerted local authorities on August 22, 2007 that they were investigating a man claiming to live in Central Florida. A person with the screen name “gekiblue” – identified as 21-year-old Tony Guerra – asked another person in a chat room online for “hardcore videos involving babies.”
Guerra was using a Google image sharing program to transmit the illegal photographs. A subpoena to Google revealed an IP address that investigators traced back to an Embarq Internet account at 4492 Saint Georges Court, off Old Vineland Road in Kissimmee.
Guerra was arrested by agents from the FBI'S Innocent Images Task Force who had been tipped off by the Australian detective working chat rooms known for child predators.
He was leaving his food service job, where he had worked for a year, when he was handcuffed and arrested.
Walt Disney World managers helped the FBI find Guerra.
Investigators say they found images of child porn on Guerra's computer in a Kissimmee apartment where he has rented a room for three months.
A federal search warrant says Guerra was participating in an online chat room and told an undercover officer that he loved babies.
He then allegedly sent her 63 photos and four videos of child and baby pornography. When police seized the computer they allege there were over 5,000 pornographic images of young children and babies, the OLDEST child was SIX years old.
After seizing Guerra's computer, police were lead to another man, age 22 who was also arrested after police found over 6,000 child pornography images on his machine.
A federal judge denied his request to move to his father's home in Wisconsin and wear an ankle monitor until his trial. Assistant U.S. Attorney Karen Gable said that 90 percent of the pornography found on Guerra's computer depicted babies and that the man's Internet profile picture was that of a little girl's genitalia.
There have been a series of arrested that resulted from this one computer seizure. One such arrest was a 38-year-old man from Balranald in southwest New South Wales, Australia. Police seized computers allegedly containing child porn images from him as well. This landed one arrest for the Aussies who had worked so hard on the case. Because of Australian privacy law, this perv deserves to be protected, his name was not released.
Protecting his rights is more important that protecting the rights of childen. Saddly, as long as the images are viewed within a home, where others are not exposed to them, no crime has been committed.
On October 4, Neston's computer was taken by police for futher investigation. Over 2,000 kiddie porn images were found on his computer.
This case combination of two, young, male adults is the most disturbing I have ever seen. It drives the point home that though you may know who to protect your kids from at home, away on vacation, especially at family with children destinations, you are constantly be sought out for victimization. Stay vigilant. These guys are young enough, they will eventually be out among us in society again.
