Morgan Black, a piano teacher and mother of three children, departed Miami, Florida for a Sixth Music Cruise February 1, 2008 aboard the Carnival Victory.
Ms. Black says on the last night of the cruise, February 4, 2008, she was drugged and raped aboard the Victory.
The suit, number 1:2008cv21752 was filed on June 19, 2008 by the law firm of Lipcon, Margulies & Alsina and Gloria Allred n Florida Southern District Court, Miami Office and is to be heard by Judge Alan S. Gold.
The lawsuit was filed the same day a U.S. Senate subcommittee was hearing testimony for the International Cruise Victims Association, concerning crimes on the high seas.
